Mitchell steady in passing-down role but limited explosive upside.

Mitchell has carved out steady low-end RB3 passing-down volume over his past four games (RB37 on RB39 in expected half PPR points), drawing at least three targets in each of his last three contests and getting perimeter runs as a change of pace to Omarion Hampton's downhill style. However, the OL and TE rooms are in very tough shape, limiting his explosive chances.
