Yahoo Fantasy Football on Cam Skattebo

Skattebo's role has eroded to low-end RB2 with RB3 risk as backfield gets crowded.

Skattebo's high-end fantasy outcomes likely evaporated when Jaxson Dart suffered a season-ending injury. However, he could still be a strong starter if he maintained the workhorse volume he received before Dart got hurt as a rookie. Sadly, that hasn't materialized; Skattebo is now sharing the Giants' backfield with Najee Harris and Tyrone Tracy Jr., who earned six touches apiece in Week 5. Skattebo's snaps and touches have declined in three straight games and his role as a pass-catcher has been minimized. This sent Skattebo into the very low end of the fantasy RB2 range and might push him into RB3 territory in the near future.
