RB8 ranking with high volume and goal-line usage

James Cook is ranked as the RB8 for the week against the Raiders. Despite fumble concerns, he remains the RB3 in rush yards per game (106) and RB7 in carries per game. He benefits from high goal-line usage due to the team's frequent red-zone trips and a favorable team total of 29.5 points. Additionally, his recent performance against the Rams demonstrates that the Rams' defense is vulnerable to teams that run effectively north-south.
