Trey Harris is potentially worth playing. In my opinion, Trey Harris isn't the most talented wide receiver in the world, and in my opinion, this isn't the best offense in the world. So, I don't view Trey Harris as a must start.

Harris flex in deeper leagues only; Chargers offense too poor to trust him.

With Ladd McConkey and Quentin Johnston both out, Trey Harris becomes potentially worth playing in week five as a flex option in deeper leagues; however, the source notes Harris is not the most talented receiver and the Chargers offense is not elite, so he is not a must-start. Harris would be more enticing if the Chargers were a good offense, but given how poor the Chargers look, the source is not interested in him over alternatives like Kamara or Antonio Williams. Harris is not a jam despite people looking at him with McConkey and Johnston out; RJ Harvey is preferred in PPR format.
