Flock Fantasy on Luther Burden

Burden preferred in PPR flex over Hockenson; rooting for him this week.

Luther Burden is preferred over David Montgomery in full PPR format and over T.J. Hockenson in flex decisions; the source is rooting for Burden in his game and clearly recommends playing him in the flex. In super shallow formats, Burden is tradeable depth (packaged with Aaron Jones for T. Higgins), but in standard formats he warrants flex consideration.
