Likely is a high-volume TE4 with a favorable matchup

Ian Hartitz ranks Isaiah Likely as the TE4 for Week 6, emphasizing his high target volume (48 targets, 7th in the NFL) and the positive impact of Jameis Winston at quarterback. Despite some inconsistent weekly scoring, Hartitz is bullish on Likely's outlook due to the favorable matchup against the Saints and the lack of other target competition in the offense.
