TE11 and top streaming option with increased target share

Ian Hartitz ranks Pat Freiermuth as the TE11 and recommends him as a top streaming option. His route participation has stabilized at 78-79%, and he benefits from increased target share opportunities due to injuries to Michael Pittman Jr. and Roman Wilson. He is a strong waiver wire filler with only a 31% roster rate.
