Okonkwo is a viable bye-week streamer with solid YAC ability

Ian Hartitz ranks Chigoziem Okonkwo as TE16, highlighting his usage in scripted plays like play-action bootlegs. While he faces a tough 49ers defense, his health and increased route participation make him a viable bye-week streamer and waiver wire filler for the current week.
