McMillan benefits from Young's improved play and Panthers' pass-friendly offensive shift.

McMillan has benefited from Bryce Young's improved play and the Panthers' shift to a pass-friendly offense. Young's Pass Rate Over Expected improved to +5.2% in 2026 (from -5.9% in 2025), and he is pushing the ball downfield to support McMillan and other receivers. The Panthers' improving offensive line and ability to create explosives through the air position McMillan for continued fantasy relevance in the increasingly pass-friendly scheme.
