The Eagles' matchup may look easy on the spreadsheets (sixth most points to WRs), but they are healthier than ever now with starters at CB, LB and DT back to normal, while their new S and DE rooms are still looking to improve. This should be a top-5 defense moving forward. McMillan can stress teams across the middle where they've been most vulnerable, but a lower-than-normal 20.5-point team total (19th) is the final evidence to treat him as a fantasy WR2 rather than WR1.
