Payton's play-calling elevates Dobbins' passing game role and upside.

Ranked at 27. With Sean Payton taking over play calling, there has been a bigger emergence and emphasis on Dobbins in the passing game. Despite having 17 rushes and a touchdown last week, he couldn't crack 15 fantasy points, but the increased passing game involvement under Payton suggests improved upside.
