From the video
Kolar is starting tight end for the Los Angeles Chargers. They're probably going to be without their top three wide receivers this week. No Trey Harris, no Quentin Johnston, potentially no Lad McConkey. Seems like he maybe is on the right side of questionable. If you're in like a 16-team league and you desperately need a tight end, then I guess you can go ahead and go with Charlie Kolar.

Starting TE for Chargers with top 3 WRs out; viable in deep leagues.
Kolar is the starting tight end for the Los Angeles Chargers and may be on the right side of questionable status. The Chargers are likely to be without their top three wide receivers (Trey Harris, Quentin Johnston, and potentially Lad McConkey), which could increase Kolar's target share. He is a viable option in 16-team leagues where tight end depth is needed.
