Kirk Cousins at 21. I probably should going to raise Kirk Cousins up a little bit. This is a good defensive matchup, and a 24 and a half point team total is actually quite high... the fact that he gets to throw to Bowers is actually such a cheat code for fantasy football.

Upgraded to QB17; Bowers is a cheat code with 24.5 team total
Initially ranked at QB21 but the source indicates he should be ranked higher. Favorable matchup against a good defensive opponent with a 24.5-point team total (quite high). Key advantage: gets to throw to Bowers, which the source describes as 'such a cheat code for fantasy football.' Source moved Cousins up to QB17 after this analysis.
