Shipley is a desperate RB3 start due to a tough matchup and offensive line concerns

Jake Seeley classifies Shipley as a desperate start rather than a preferred option, noting the Eagles' offensive line issues and a tough matchup against a Jaguars defense that historically stifles lead running backs. He is ranked as a high-end RB3 (low 20s) rather than an RB2.
