From the video
Christian Kirk is actually back and practicing in a limited fashion... spend $1 or or a very low waiver priority on Christian Kirk, you can leave Mike Evans in your lineup, then you can sub Christian Kirk in. If Chris, if I get a report that Christian Kirk is like gonna have full routes in this game and he's going to be replacing the Cadarl Hodgej, Brandon Cooks, uh, Jacob Cowing, Hodge Podge mismatch, I I think this is a fine ranking for Christian Kirk

Limited practice return; contingency play for Evans owners or full-route upside.
Back and practicing in limited fashion. Positioned as low-cost contingency backup ($1 or very low waiver priority) for Mike Evans owners; allows Evans to stay in lineup with Kirk as insurance sub if Evans doesn't play. Additionally, if Kirk gets full routes in the game and replaces the Cadarl Hodgej/Brandon Cooks/Jacob Cowing mismatch, Bejian Robinson considers this a fine ranking for Kirk.
