Stash candidate with growing role

Tyrone Tracy Jr. is recommended as a stash candidate. The source notes that the team is moving away from Cam Akers and that Tracy has shown promise as a pass-catcher in a more open offense led by Jameis Winston, positioning him to take on a larger role.
