no practice again for both Saquon Barkley and Devont Smith in Philly. I thought initial reports were leaning towards these guys were going to play but um we'll see. They definitely need to get into practice on Thursday if they want to have a shot to play this week... I would rather have Toutin over Barkley straight up at this point. Like Seon Barkley is averaging five fantasy points per game is currently having to come back from this hamstring injury and misspractice again today... Even if Barkley plays, I almost want to say it would be a better spot to play Brilan Allen... we don't know exactly what the workload's going to look like for Barkley coming back.

Penn currently prefers Bashel Tutin over Barkley straight up, citing Barkley's current average of five fantasy points per game and his hamstring injury recovery with missed practice time. Even if Barkley plays, Penn suggests Brian Allen is the safer play because his workload is known at 90+ percent of opportunities, whereas Barkley's snap count and touch distribution remain unclear upon return from injury.
