Kamara flex play with improved offense but concerning prior usage.

Michael Penn leans toward starting Alvin Kamara in flex but notes the offense should be much better this week; however, usage was horrific last week, creating uncertainty about his production. Kamara was the avoid last week due to a tough matchup against the Vikings, though Penn suggests Harvey might be the avoid this week instead against the Seattle Seahawks.
