Acquire in Kelce package; favorable value vs. Rice.

Michael Penn recommends acquiring Xavier Worthy as part of a trade package (along with Travis Kelce) in exchange for Sherice Rice, indicating Worthy's value is favorable in this mid-season trade scenario.
