Murray's absence and return haven't solved Vikings' 30th-ranked yards per drive.

Kyler Murray's early-season absence has contributed to the Vikings' offensive struggles. Even in the three games since his return, Minnesota hasn't scored more than 23 points in a game despite having the league's best defense (first in points per game allowed at 12.8, first in passer rating allowed at 62.9). The Vikings rank 23rd in dropback EPA, 32nd in dropback success rate, 24th in rush EPA, and 27th in rush success rate, indicating a lack of offensive identity beyond defensive performance.
