From the video

Dallas Goddard told Philadelphia Eagles beat Riders that he is absolutely going to play this week. No Damont Smith in this game. No Eli Sters in this game. No Saquon Barkley in this game... we could see like a 13 target game here from Goddard.

Strong play with massive target volume expected due to injuries

Dallas Goedert is expected to play and could see massive volume (potentially 13 targets) due to the absences of DeVonta Smith, A.J. Brown, and Saquon Barkley. While the Eagles' overall efficiency may struggle, the target volume makes him a strong play.
