Lad McConkie... his first downs per route run rate, which was only 6.2% last year, that is very alarming... There's been 28 top 36 wide receivers who had 300 or more routes... with a sub 7% first downs per route run rate since 2014. They underperformed versus expectation on average by 1.6 points per game... I think that there's a very real chance by the time August hits that the market is boosting him... it makes it a little bit more alarming and scarier because of what he did last season.
