Buried on depth chart but shows target efficiency

Cyrus Allen is currently buried on the depth chart, seeing only 13% of routes. While he is not currently a viable fantasy option, he showed promise in limited action with a 50% targets-per-route-run rate on four routes, indicating the team wants to get him the ball.
