Video: Week 6 Beyond the Box Score: Matthew Golden and A.J. Brown should have had HUGE games
Patriots wide receiver AJ Brown rounding out our week six top 10 for unrealized air yards...They only gave him two official drops. I disagree. I thought it was closer to five to be honest with you after going back with everything.

Top unrealized air yards but 5 drops (vs. 2 official) cost 80+ yards and TD

Patriots WR was in the top 10 for unrealized air yards in Week 6 and had an egregious situation with missed opportunities. Ian Hartitz disagreed with the official drop count of two, believing it was closer to five after reviewing film. Officially dropped a 9-yard touchdown in the back of the end zone while trying to get two feet down. Additionally dropped an unofficial pass going down the sideline with a couple steps of separation where Drake May threw a beautiful pass but Brown appeared to alligator arm it; would have been a 40+ yard gain, potentially a 61-yard touchdown after the 9-yard drop. Hartitz emphasizes this was an unusually bad day and notes Drake Mays is playing well, suggesting the connection is solid despite the poor performance.
