VideoWeek 7 Waiver Wire: MUST-ADD Pickups & Deep SleepersOctober 19, 2026

From the video

Darnell Washington had a season high six targets and he caught a touchdown pass that helped Pittsburgh have a comeback win. If we see any sort of a setback with Pat Muth, then I think Washington would be like a top 20 tight end if Muth were to sit.

Positive signalSleeper

Darnell Washington sleeper; 6 targets, 1 TD; top-20 if Muth out.

Tight end posted season-high 6 targets and 1 TD in recent game; could be top-20 TE if Pat Muth sits out. Russell Wilson has targeted him multiple times. Described as 300-lb elite athlete with offensive lineman build who becomes less touchdown-dependent than typical tight ends. The source recommends monitoring as a sleeper with upside.
