PPR flex play over Dobbins with better receiving upside.

In full PPR format, Flock Fantasy recommends Carnell Tate over J.K. Dobbins for flex consideration, indicating Tate has better receiving upside and a more favorable matchup than Dobbins, who faces a 'horrible match-up' with 'no receiving role either.'
