David Montgomery missed practice today as well. So, plan should be that Montgomery misses this week... Fourth week David Montgomery's back in. And Woody Marks may still be the lead running back in the backfield at that point, but he's probably just going to be in a committee.

Missed practice; expected to miss this week, returns week 4.

Flock Fantasy notes David Montgomery missed practice and plans to assume he will miss this week. The source discusses his return timeline in the context of a 12-team start-eight format, noting that once Montgomery and Treyvion Henderson return, running back depth becomes a concern. Montgomery is expected to return in week 4, at which point he will likely reclaim lead-back duties, though Marks may still share committee work in the backfield.
