Trade downgrade; prefer Brown over McConkey

Viewed as a downgrade in a trade scenario; the source would prefer keeping Chase Brown over acquiring McConkey in a trade package, noting that Chase Brown is much closer in value to James Cook than McConkey is to Neighbors.
