Arrowhead Pride on Kenneth Walker III

Walker's 665 yards, 6.2 YPC, and 8 TDs through 5 games rival historical MVP seasons

Walker is an MVP candidate through five games with 665 rushing yards, averaging 6.2 yards per carry and eight total touchdowns. His production is comparable to historical non-QB MVP winners: Adrian Peterson (2012) rushed for 2,097 yards and 13 TDs at 6.0 yards per carry; LaDainian Tomlinson won in 2006; and Shaun Alexander won in 2005. Walker's early-season efficiency and touchdown rate position him as a legitimate MVP contender.
