Diggs elevated to true No. 1 receiver role with McLaurin's season-ending injury.

With Terry McLaurin ruled out for the season, the Commanders will need Stefon Diggs to step into a true No. 1 receiver role. Head coach Dan Quinn acknowledged that while the team has a deep crew at the position to fill McLaurin's workload, Diggs will be relied upon as the primary receiver. Quinn stated: 'We do have a deep crew at that position and we'll lean in on several to fill the unique role that Terry does,' but Diggs is positioned as the lead option.
