Add Brissett as a proactive Week 8 bye-week streamer

Ranked as QB18, Jacoby Brissett is a mediocre fantasy option against the Broncos, but Ian Hartitz recommends him as a proactive waiver wire add for managers needing Week 8 bye coverage for C.J. Stroud, Tyler Huntley, or Brock Purdy. He faces the Cowboys in a favorable spot following the Broncos matchup.
