Mattek Fantasy Football on Rachaad White

3.9 and 2.6 YPC; not efficient for early-down work.

White is a top-24 running back for the rest of the season but is not an early-down runner. He posted 3.9 yards per carry on Monday night and 2.6 yards per carry in the overtime game against the Giants; he is not explosive or efficient enough for early-down work, though he is a great pass-catching back. If the Commanders' running game improves, it will likely go to McNichols rather than White.
