Led Chargers in snaps and targets; B-tier waiver target if Harris out

Keondre Lambert-Smith played the most snaps and saw the greatest amount of targets for the Chargers in Week 7. Omar Cooper Jr. views him as a B-tier prospect worth spending a waiver wire dollar on despite the Chargers' overall weakness at wide receiver. Cooper Jr. liked him as a rookie coming out of Auburn and thought he looked good, though he had a bad fumble. If Trey Harris plays the upcoming week, KLS may be left on waivers.
