Hold Luther Burden as a target leader
The source views Luther Burden as a hold despite concerns over his 38% snap share and competition from Rome Odunze and Kalif Raymond, noting he is the team's most efficient receiver and target leader. The source would trade him away in exchange for DeVonta Smith.
