The Panthers are an easy defense to run on according to the spreadsheets (fifth-most half PPR points per game to RBs), but since their Week 1 gashing by the Bears, they've been pretty lights-out recently. They held Jahmyr Gibbs to an RB14 finish and Bijan Robinson to an RB22 finish since then, and their front seven is significantly better than their backup secondary. The Bucs only project for 20.5 points (20th) as 3.5-point road underdogs.
