Cleveland has been one of the league's toughest matchups for RBs, ranking 31st in half PPR points allowed at just 14.2 per game. Derrick Henry was held to an RB40 finish against them last week, though Braelon Allen, Jaylen Warren, and Chuba Hubbard had a 100-total-yard streak before that.
