Likely is a top-12 fantasy TE option with WR-like usage

Isaiah Likely emerged as a key target for Jackson Dart, particularly on third downs and in the red zone. While his target volume may fluctuate as Malik Nabors' role increases, Likely is considered a top-12 fantasy tight end option entering Week 2 due to his wide-receiver-like usage.
