NFL: The Insiders on Malik Willis

Willis lacks consistency to lead Dolphins past elite teams like the Bengals.

Willis started for the Dolphins against the Bengals and the source notes he "just is not consistent enough." While the Dolphins showed glimpses of young, exciting talent and won't get blown out often, Willis's inconsistency makes it hard for them to beat teams of the Bengals' caliber. The source describes the Dolphins as a young team playing many rookies who are probably "a year away from being a year away."
