Winston benched after two INTs in Saints loss; McCarthy takes over as Giants starter

Winston has been benched as the Giants' starting quarterback in favor of J.J. McCarthy. Despite Harbaugh's high praise for Winston's emergency work in recent weeks, the move signals a reset. Winston won his first two starts after Jaxson Dart's knee injury in Week 2, but contributed to the loss to New Orleans with two second-half interceptions that led to the Saints' takeover of the game.
