Positive signalSleeper

Noel's three-week relevance and low 22% rostered rate make him a sleeper against Giants.

Noel has been fantasy-relevant three straight weeks with a 4-107-1 performance against Jacksonville; despite Texans adding receivers via trade and Tank Dell's return, Noel remains undervalued at 22% rostered given C.J. Stroud's high-level play and limited snap counts for Marvin Harrison Jr. and Kayshon Boutte's underperformance.
