Smith's connection with Cooper Jr. and Miami's 115.0 passer rating allowed justify 15% rostered sleeper status.

Smith at 15% rostered offers upside against Miami's weak pass defense (115.0 passer rating allowed) despite inconsistency; he was clicking with rookie Omar Cooper Jr. last week, Garrett Wilson remains a strong alpha, and the Dolphins' secondary has struggled to stop much.
