From the video

We do not have any additional news or updates regarding what we are going to get from the Mike Evans situation. Hopefully something comes out soonish, but not looking super optimistic at this point... There's a very real chance that Mike Evans ends up missing. Again, I don't think it's the most likely outcome, but it is very much possible... if he was fully healthy, he would be a borderline top five wide receiver this week in this matchup...most likely Mike Evans plays, but also you do need a backup.
STACKED’s take
Evans' status uncertain; high upside if healthy but real miss risk; have backup ready.
Mike Evans' injury status remains highly uncertain with no additional updates available as of the show. Cam Scataboo notes the outlook is not looking super optimistic at this point, and there's a very real chance Evans ends up missing the game—though not the most likely outcome, it is very much possible. Evans hasn't been cleared for the game yet. If he does play, he projects to score significantly more points than Josh Downs, and Scataboo likes his matchup spot more if he were to be fully healthy; if fully healthy, he would be a borderline top-five wide receiver in this matchup. Scataboo recommends starting Evans over Downs despite the risk of being ruled out, and suggests playing him in flex, but notes the concern of not having a backup option if Evans is unavailable—recommending owners look at Brandon Cooks or Christian Kirk on waivers as backup options. Most likely Evans plays, but owners do need a backup plan.
