Flock Fantasy on Dameon Pierce

VideoEverything Just Changed - Week 7October 19, 2026

From the video

the running back split, Dameon Pierce had 15 carries as well as three targets out of the backfield. So, we had 18 total opportunities. Obviously, it wasn't great. This is kind of like a repeat of what we've seen with Dameon Pierce in the past last year when he was the starting running back with no David Montgomery.

18 touches this week; startable only when Montgomery out, then benched after bye.

Had 15 carries and three targets out of the backfield for 18 total opportunities in Week 7, repeating the pattern from last year when he was the starting running back with no David Montgomery. Pierce notes you're probably starting Dameon Pierce when you have no Montgomery, which will be next week, but then in two weeks the team has the bye and Montgomery returns, after which no running backs will be startable in Houston.
