As a staunch Josh Downs supporter, I can unequivocally say that I hate it here. We knew Indy's ability to threaten defenses vertically would suffer without Alec Pierce, but also assumed Downs could, would, and should make some noise if only given the opportunity in 12-personnel. Well, the routes and targets are there, yet the production is not. Even with Tyler Warren out, Downs managed a measly 8.7 fantasy points.
