Video: Top 50 Running Back Rankings & Tiers
I have Jonathan Taylor on my own fantasy team. After what we saw in week six with this Indianapolis Colts offense and this Indianapolis Colts team being garbage, I am willing to move Jonathan Taylor down slightly behind CMC. JT himself has still been very good. He dropped 21 fantasy points. He had 150 total yards for us. But, the true running back one overall half of the year that we had at the beginning of last season isn't going to be possible here with Jonathan Taylor with this Colts offense just being nothing close to what they were last season.

STACKED’s take

Negative signalProjection

Downgraded behind CMC due to Colts offense decline limiting RB1 ceiling.

Moved down slightly behind Christian McCaffrey in post-week-six rankings despite 21 fantasy points and 150 total yards in week six. The true RB1 overall production level from the beginning of last season is not going to be possible with the Indianapolis Colts offense being significantly worse than last season. Alec Pierce's return may help stretch the field and soften boxes, but that's not projected to happen soon.
