From the video

David Montgomery as well as Woody Marks will be our next two running backs. Um I am not excited about either back. I think realistically neither one is going to be startable this season...it's a running back by committee in a pass-first offense with two frankly untalented running backs.

Untalented committee back in pass-first offense; not startable

Not excited about his prospects; realistically not going to be startable this season. In a running back by committee in a pass-first offense with two untalented running backs; maybe gets one week of value at best.
