Crowded Houston WR room; unpredictable weekly target distribution.

Part of Houston's crowded WR rotation with unpredictable weekly target distribution. Source notes each WR in the room will randomly have a really good day, but it's unclear when: 'Maybe it's Marv this week. Maybe it's Tank.' Harrison Jr. is one of several options competing for targets in an offense that heavily targets WRs, creating week-to-week volatility.
