Franklin is part of Broncos' pass-catcher committee outside of Waddell.

Matthew Berry notes that Troy Franklin is seeing some usage in the Broncos' pass-catcher-by-committee approach outside of Jalen Waddell, alongside Marvin Mims and Evan Ingram. This indicates Franklin has a role in the offense but is part of a distributed target share.
