Buy-low on McConkey; talent is there but Chargers offense timeline unclear.

McConkey presents a buy-low opportunity as the Chargers offense struggles; the source believes the talent is there and Herbert will eventually figure things out unless he retires; McConkey's rookie profile showed solid production and he remains a potential wide receiver flex, though the timeline for improvement is uncertain.
