Fantasy Football Happy Hour with Matthew Berry on Bryce Young

Young QB15 streamer vs. Browns' 4th-worst TD defense; Panthers top-5 in pass rate over expectation.

Kendall V. rates Bryce Young as QB15 and a viable streamer playing at Cleveland. The Browns allow passing TDs at the fourth-highest rate through two weeks and are missing Miles Garrett and Jim Schwartz's defensive play-calling. The Panthers rank top-five in pass rate over expectation, letting Bryce cook. With a thin running back room outside Chuba Hubbard, the Panthers will lean on Young's arm.
